Qualifications

• Stable employment history with reputable main contractors is essential.
• Experience working for contractors in leisure, residential or healthcare sectors is preferred.
• An Engineering Degree is not essential, but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all works comply with CDM Regulations and safe working practices.
• Assist with construction programmes, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Set out works and check on-site compliance.
• Maintain drawing files and liaise with the design team.
• Support the preparation of handover documentation.
• Promote a safety culture across site teams.

Levelling and surveying experience

Competent using total stations and automatic levels

Strong understanding of site engineering processes

BTEC National or HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction
