We are currently recruiting for a Paediatric Senior Sister/Charge Nurse position in our Paediatric Emergency Department.

This role comes at an exciting time, as we have transitioned into a new- state-of-art Emergency Department which is part of a large Emergency Village.

Key responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Paediatric ED ensuring safe and efficient patient care and patient flow
Staff management- supervise, mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional development
Patient Care- Ensure high standards of care, focusing on patient safety, dignity and experience
Service Development- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of emergency care services, adapting to evolving clinical needs
Collaboration- work closely with Doctors, allied health professionals and operations teams
Resource management- ensure appropriate use of staffing, equipment and facilities

If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £54.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary
In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
