Qualifications

• Proven experience in project/account management in signage or events.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Experience planning resources, timelines and budgets for projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and designate project resources to enable manufacture and installation.
• Prepare budgets and/or estimates when required.
• Liaise with clients via face-to-face meetings, email and phone.
• Manage new and existing client accounts daily and win new contracts.
• Propose and cost signage solutions for clients.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients.
• Conduct site surveys.
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure high quality standards in all client deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
