About the role:

The ServiceNow Senior Business Process Consultant HR at Cognizant ServiceNow Business Group plays a critical role in guiding clients and teams towards successful process optimization through best practice implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored solutions that address unique challenges and drive process excellence, leveraging extensive industry standards and proven market practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor by fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, developing strategic roadmaps for process maturity and smooth transitions to optimized operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of best practices through analysis, strategic guidance, and performance metrics, resulting in increased efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
• Provide functional support to Business Development teams during pre-sales activities, leveraging expertise to build solutions aligned with client needs.

Requirements:

• CPDE (Required or equivalent)
• ITIL V3 or V4 (Required)
• Six Sigma (Desirable)
• Agile (Desirable)
• Prosci (Desirable)
• TOGAF (Desirable)
• ServiceNow Certifications (Desirable)
• 10+ years' experience in process development, management, and improvement
• 6+ years' experience with ServiceNow modules, including HR
