A leading healthcare provider in East Kilbride is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join their dynamic management team at University Hospital Hairmyres. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in operational and performance management while enhancing service delivery and patient care. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and significant experience in clinical services and management within the NHS. This is a full-time, permanent position with a supportive work environment and excellent benefits.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Service Manager post within University Hospital Hairmyres.
The successful candidate will work as key member of the Management Team supporting the Service Manager and the Management Team in the operational and performance management of the Service.
They will also make recommendations to the service and provide guidance to staff on service redesign and improvement initiatives in line with NHS Lanarkshire’s strategic objectives.
