A leading support organization for survivors in England is seeking a Senior Service Manager to oversee safe houses in Liverpool, Manchester, and Halton. This role combines leadership, compliance excellence, and compassion to ensure high-quality care for service users. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, knowledge of safeguarding standards, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management and compliance within a care or support setting.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• Experience in modern slavery support is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a dedicated team, ensuring high quality supervision and support.
• Take ownership of Health & Safety compliance and quality assurance measures.
• Oversee budgets and service delivery focusing on efficiency and standards.
• Ensure service users receive care and advocacy to rebuild their lives.
