As a Senior Service Manager, you’ll be at the heart of one of the UK’s most critical defence programmes: Skynet. You’ll lead a delivery team responsible for managing and operating military satellite communications systems and ground stations for the Ministry of Defence. This is a high‑impact role where your leadership will directly influence mission success, operational resilience, and national security.
You’ll define and oversee the full lifecycle of services within the Special Tasks domain, ensuring they meet operational and business needs while driving continuous improvement. This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days onsite for customer interaction and 3 days working from home.

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. However, the successful candidate will need to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance once in post.
