Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic + travel time + benefits

The Role

As a Senior Service Engineer, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of enterprise-class security systems. You'll be working on prestigious commercial projects, ensuring systems are performing optimally and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain advanced security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intruder)
  • Work with leading platforms including CCURE, Lenel, Genetec, and Milestone
  • Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standards and within SLA
Experience Required
  • Proven background in servicing enterprise-level integrated systems
  • Experience with CCURE, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone (certifications highly desirable)
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence
