We're looking for a dynamic and experienced training professional to lead coach and inspire our team of Service & Education Trainers delivering exceptional education across our iconic No7 and Liz Earle brands.

About the role

As a Senior Service & Education Trainer you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our education strategy to life. Around 70% of your time will be spent delivering beauty and service training to our advisor teams building their product knowledge selling skills and confidence through engaging classroom sessions webinars and on-counter coaching.

You’ll also lead and support our talented Service & Education Trainers helping them grow their skills share best practice and consistently deliver outstanding learning experiences. Partnering closely with the UK Education Specialist you’ll track training performance gather feedback and ensure our delivery meets the evolving needs of the UK & Ireland markets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver professional and engaging training to large and small groups as well as one-to-one coaching through face-to-face classroom sessions webinars and on-counter interactions.
  • Use a variety of delivery methods including presentations role play coaching and guided practice to create dynamic and memorable learning experiences.
  • Work flexibly across the UK & Ireland adapting to the needs of learners and the business. Some travel and overnight stays may be required.
  • Partner with Regional Business Managers to identify regional training needs and provide targeted support.
  • Gather insights from S&E Trainers to collate and track NTR progress for No7 and Liz Earle sharing clear progress overviews with field leaders and the wider training team.
  • Bring external beauty insights and trend awareness to your work ensuring our education remains fresh relevant and industry leading.
  • Set the standard of excellence across both brands role‑modeling best practice in service selling and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service & Education Trainers UK Education Specialist Territory Managers and Comms Content & Talent Manager to drive efficiencies and consistency in training delivery.
  • Use the UK Education Strategy as your roadmap to deliver the right initiatives at the right time tracking success through feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What you’ll need to have
  • Must have experience of training delivery to large and small groups and be an excellent coach.
  • Must be capable of effectively hosting virtual events eg training webinars.
  • Excellent presenter coach and facilitator.
  • Ability to work well with others incorporating ideas and translating these into activities.
  • Must have store and beauty experience.
  • Must have leadership experience.
  • Must have a full driving license (unless trainer for London).
