Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing services and products.
• Proven leadership of service design workstreams across multiple projects.
• Strong expertise in Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and service assessments.
• Experience tailoring methods to client needs and organisational maturity.
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with agile cross-functional teams.
• Active SC (Security Check) Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service design activities from ideation through to solution development.
• Define and tailor service design approaches to meet client needs and maturity.
• Develop high-quality service design artefacts with measurable impact.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support delivery across projects.
• Contribute to development of tools and stay current with industry trends.
