Qualifications
Extensive experience in IT transformation, preferably in Defence or Security organisations.
Ability to lead workshops and engage with business leaders.
Comfortable operating in a customer-friendly role supporting clients.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain the Service Roadmap for service continuity.
Collaborate with Delivery Manager to improve service quality.
Build and maintain the Service Catalogue for Defence programmes.
Skills
Managing end-to-end service design and implementation
Experience working in Service Management roles
Practical experience in delivering a catalogue of service solutions
Understanding of Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
Coordination and management based on stakeholder needs
Education
Relevant education and qualifications in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
Chartered IT Professional (CITP) or Chartered Engineer (CEng)
