Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using DMS or booking systems.
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle service enquiries in person and over the phone.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage schedules efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers about required work.
• Liaise with technicians to monitor job progress.
• Prepare invoices and explain costs to customers.
• Promote and upsell additional services and products.
• Handle complaints and queries professionally.
• Ensure reception and service areas are welcoming.
