• At least 2 years of experience in a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller role.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with DMS systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician workload.
• Greet customers, manage bookings, and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Prepare estimates and job cards, authorising and invoicing work accurately.
• Liaise between the service, parts, and sales teams to maintain smooth communication.
• Support service team members and ensure workshop efficiency targets are achieved.

Skills

Experience as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller within the motor trade

Strong organisational and communication skills

Technical understanding and ability to manage multiple priorities
