Job summary

An automotive recruitment specialist is seeking a Senior Service Advisor in the Salisbury area. In this role, you will communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs, manage job cards, update records, and prepare invoices. Our client is an automotive franchise‑approved car dealer group and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Salisbury area.

Salary up to £32,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).

Shift Rota

Alternating early/late shift rota Monday to Friday: Week one 8:00 am‑4:30 pm. Week two 9:30 am‑6:00 pm. 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:30 am‑1:00 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
  • Produce job cards on in‑house computer systems
  • Update customer and vehicle records
  • Prepare and complete invoices
  • Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Qualifications

Previous working experience within a main dealer environment is ideal, but candidates outside the motor trade will also be considered if they have a full clean UK driving licence with minimal points and a strong track record in a similar customer‑service‑oriented role. Must be customer‑focused and able to upsell effectively.
