Overview

Senior Service Advisor

Location: Bristol BS4 3QB

Salary: £31,200 pa plus 20% bonus

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm & Saturday am on a rota (overtime paid)

Responsibilities
  • Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload
  • Managing the customer through the entire service and repair process ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied
  • Overseeing and organising the booking in process of the service department in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Mentoring and assisting colleagues to ensure maximum workshop booking capacity is maintained to ensure targets are achieved, and to continuously maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Senior Service Advisor role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Experience of upselling products and services
  • Knowledge of CDK Drive, Kerridge, SAF
  • A clean UK driving licence (essential)
