Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using DMS or booking systems.
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years.

Location: Ipswich | Salary: £32,000 Basic - OTE £40,000 | Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a thriving, customer‑focused automotive service department based in Ipswich. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient service process. The Role - Senior Service Advisor

As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll play an essential role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service from the moment they make an enquiry to when their vehicle is returned. You'll liaise closely with the workshop and parts teams to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

About You

To succeed as a Senior Service Advisor, you should have previous experience in a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor position within the automotive industry. You'll be organised, confident, and customer‑driven, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
