Autotech Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to provide flexible, customer-focused support to automotive dealerships across the UK. You’ll manage service journeys, bookings, and updates, while delivering excellent service.

Work patterns are flexible: full-time, temporary, or temp-to-perm, with weekly pay. You’ll rotate across brands, use multiple sites, and join a dedicated team to broaden your skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
• Booking vehicles in for service, repair, and maintenance

• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
• Keeping records and systems updated accurately and efficiently

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional
