Qualifications

• Proven experience in RTA Serious Injury claims up to £125,000+.
• Demonstrable experience supervising Grade C Fee Earners.
• Comfortable using MI to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Grade C Serious Injury Fee Earners.
• Acting as the technical point of contact for RTA matters.
• Conducting technical file reviews and quality assurance.

Skills

Experience settling RTA Serious Injury claims

Technical grounding in claimant Serious Injury work

Supervising or managing Grade C Fee Earners

Driving outcomes using MI

Confidence in people leadership and development planning

Education

Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx
