Job summary

DesignRush is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead growth and optimization of our SEO initiatives. You will coordinate with the team to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness, and you will manage a high-performing SEO function across content and development teams.

This full-time, remote-at-home role requires over 7 years of SEO experience, strong leadership, and the ability to scale processes for efficiency and scalability in a dynamic B2B platform environment.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of SEO experience and proven ability to manage large, complex websites.
• Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Able to work across time zones (6 a.m. – 3 p.m. ET).
• Knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective, professional-looking SEO strategies.
• Document and enforce best practices, processes, and checklists.
• Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns.
• Translate SEO requirements into briefs for content and development teams.
• Oversee execution of link, content, and technical SEO strategy.
• Continuously train SEO team members to align with best practices.
