About the role and the Team

We'reseeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Segment Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution and go-to-market initiatives for one of our key consumer segments. You will be responsible for creating multi-channel campaigns and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of them. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we connect with our target customers by designing and delivering targeted, data-informed marketing campaigns that drive growth.

You'llcollaborate with cross-functional teams including Channel Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Sales, and Brand to create and execute on compelling marketing strategies that deliver on our customer acquisition targets. You'll be responsible for campaign ideation and audience segmentation, managing the marketing plan for your segment and tracking its performance.

Segment managers are the go-to point of contact across the business, working cross functionally and being able to influence others is a must. You must be able to thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment, and be able to balance speed of execution with impact.

What will you be doing?
  • Be the subject matter expert for their marketing segment and the customers within it
  • Be able to forecast acquisition, renewal and churn trends
  • Create and deliver on a quarterly cross-channel marketing plan, with a key focus in offline marketing
  • Know whichgo-to-market strategies and tactics are most likely to drive volume, value and penetration
  • Beable to forecast acquisition, renewal and churn trends within a subscription-based business
  • Brief virtual teams on theactivities required to maximise Hyperoptic's conversion and ROI
  • Beaccountable for achieving subscriber penetration and value targets
  • Execute within a performance culture of rapidexperimentation and forensic analysis of KPI drivers
What we are looking for?
  • An ambitious marketing expert, who has a desire to own end to end performance
  • Track record of delivery working in a matrix environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field desirable
  • Customer Acquisition in a Commercial organisation
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities across different customer groups and projects
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with high level of comfort leading virtual teams
  • Detail driven and able to articulate simple stories from complex data trends
  • Strategic thinker able to see the bigger picture and create visions for the future
  • Strong drive to succeed and highlyresilient to overcoming problems
