Job summary

SSR Contract & Technical is recruiting a Senior Security Service Engineer to service and maintain commercial CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems across London.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, customer-facing abilities and a full UK driving licence. Salary £45,000-£50,000 plus overtime, company vehicle and ongoing training, with clear progression into Lead Engineer or management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within the electronic security industry.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostics experience.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
• Excellent customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and troubleshoot security systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
• Support and mentor junior engineers.
• Complete maintenance reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and SLAs.
