Job summary

Apex Resourcing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a well-established security provider. You will lead installation projects across Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm, with on-site leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

Based in London area with office in Hertford, role involves overseeing a PM, planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with BS NSI standards. Attractive package with 25 days leave, pension and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience in security installations across Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong planning, budgeting and on-site leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects for Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm.
• Attend regular internal meetings and coordinate with teams.
• Oversee full lifecycle of installation projects from initiation to handover.
• Plan, schedule and allocate resources.
• Manage budgets and track progress.
• Provide on-site leadership and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with commercial team on variations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and standards.
