Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience implementing, tuning, and operating DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM/SOAR, and endpoint protection.
  • Practical experience responding to real-world security incidents.
  • Solid foundation in networking and infrastructure security.
  • Ability to work with cloud-native security tooling across hybrid environments.

As a Senior Security Engineer you’ll be supporting the delivery of information security operations, covering but not limited to company policies, data loss prevention, access protection, incident response and investigation, vulnerability mitigation, systems monitoring and related projects.

What you’ll be doing

Our Information Security team is on a mission: protect and serve. We use modern technologies to detect and eliminate threats, while enabling the business to move fast and securely. We embrace a YES mentality—solving problems, driving innovation, and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities
  • Implementing and maintaining security controls, policies, and standards (ISO27001, SOX, PCI‑DSS).
  • Investigating incidents, managing vulnerabilities, and supporting DLP migration.
  • Reviewing tenant‑level security posture and contributing to strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to embed security into workflows.
  • Automating repeatable tasks and developing tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supporting awareness training and third‑party risk assessments.
Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, self‑starting mindset.
  • Deep technical knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing, tuning, and operating DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM/SOAR, and endpoint protection tools.
  • Practical experience responding to real‑world security incidents and performing root‑cause analysis.
  • Solid foundation in networking and infrastructure security.
  • Proven ability to work directly with cloud‑native security tooling across hybrid environments (Azure, GCP, M365).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Security Tools and modern security stacks.
  • Relevant certifications (SSCP, CCSP, CEH, CySA+ or equivalent).
Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. gaming, fintech).
  • Understanding of gambling compliance and player behaviour.
  • Exposure to geographically distributed systems and teams.
