Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Security Controller to lead government security, vetting and security assurance across Health & Public Safety and Aerospace & Defence accounts. The role operates in a hybrid UK setting with complex, multinational programmes and UK security governance responsibilities.

You will work with ISAC and senior leaders to ensure compliance with GovS 007, JSP 440, MOD CSM and related security requirements, guiding incident response and policy development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GovS 007, JSP 440, MOD CSM, SPF and IPSA.
• Experience with BPSS, SC and DV vetting, including complex or international cases.
• Experience with ISAC or a government security body.
• Experience managing government-accredited facilities and Government Classified Assets.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience in Health & Public Safety and/or Aerospace & Defence.

Responsabilités

• Lead personnel security and vetting, including international cases.
• Oversee facility security for government sites and assets.
• Chair Security Working Group and report to senior leadership.
• Provide security input into bids, proposals and new contracts.
• Deliver security awareness and promote a strong security culture.
• Manage security incidents, escalation and remediation.
