CoinDesk is seeking a Senior Security Architect to secure Bullish Global and CoinDesk platforms across web, API, mobile and trading systems. You will lead threat modeling, design secure software, and mentor teams in a fast-paced crypto environment.

This role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on coding, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and strong communication to executives. Remote/hybrid options available in some contexts. Competitive compensation in GBP.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years in cybersecurity, including five or more years coding.
• Solid Linux knowledge: CLI, scripting, hardening and config.
• Hands-on penetration testing experience.
• Strong networking, cryptography, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)背景.
• Proficient in several languages: C/C++, Java, JS, Python, Go or Rust.
• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and SANS CWE Top 25.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD and security tooling.
• Ability to translate complex risks for executives.

• Build complex threat models for critical systems and establish industry-leading cybersecurity requirements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure to ship secure software across platforms.
• Lead global security initiatives and build AI-powered tooling to scale the program.
• Assess vulnerabilities and deliver actionable recommendations with KPIs for execs.
• Drive high-impact projects and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cybersecurity and engineering teams.
