Job summary

The Openwork Partnership in Swindon is seeking a Lead Security Architect to provide strategic security architecture leadership across cloud, data protection, APIs and third-party solutions. This permanent hybrid role requires office presence in Swindon 3 days a week.

We offer a competitive package: salary up to £90,000, on-target bonus of 15%, pension matching up to 10%, income protection, critical illness cover and 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security architecture across cloud, data and third-party services.
• Ability to assess AI-related security risks and emerging technologies.
• Strong IAM, PAM, API security and identity governance knowledge.
• Experience with security controls throughout SDLC and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Openwork's Enterprise Security Architecture and drive its adoption.
• Manage cyber security risk assessments and supplier security reviews.
• Collaborate with Assurance, Compliance, Security Engineering and SOC.
• Define security principles and ensure secure design across projects.
