We now need two secondary Assistant Headteachers to work with the Co-headteacher (secondary) to drive nationally-leading outcomes and bring the start-up energy required for Reach to become a proof

Responsibilities

• Lead founding team alongside the Co-headteacher (secondary) to drive nationally-leading outcomes.
• Gain a broad range of senior leadership experience within Reach Schools.
• Be fully supported to excel in their leadership journey and maintain the highest expectations of staff, families and children.
