We’re looking for a Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner specialising in Orthopaedics, Spinal or Neurosurgery to join our Theatre team at The Wellington Hospital. As the largest private hospital in the UK, The Wellington Hospital is internationally recognised for delivering complex care across a wide range of specialties, including orthopaedics, spinal surgery, neurosurgery, cardiac care, rehabilitation and cancer services. With 13 operating theatres across three buildings, you’ll work in a dynamic and highly specialised environment, supporting some of the most renowned surgeons in their field while benefiting from advanced technology, expert multidisciplinary teams and a strong culture of learning and collaboration.
As a Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting a diverse caseload of complex procedures, with opportunities to work across major orthopaedic, spinal and neurological surgeries. Whether your background is in orthopaedics, neuro, spinal, or a combination of these specialties, you’ll be part of a highly skilled theatre team committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes.
