Job summary

A School Business Manager is sought by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd to join the Senior Leadership Team and ensure the smooth, economical running of support departments including Finance, Administration, HR, Facilities, Health and Safety, Housekeeping and Catering.

Role involves autonomy in budgeting, resource planning, development, monitoring and evaluating plans to drive continual improvement while supporting a safe, compliant and financially sound school for its students.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulations and standards for education.
• Knowledge of inspection frameworks used by regulatory bodies.
• Safeguarding and legislative procedures when working with children and young people.
• Management and knowledge of EBITDA, financial systems, processes and budget preparation.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of recruitment, human resources and employee relations.
• Ability to promote positive relationships with young people, staff, parents and external agencies.
• Ability to set and achieve high, attainable standards.
• Strong team leadership and management experience.
• Previous SBM experience preferred.
