Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay leader to drive procurement transformation across multinational SAP S/4HANA programmes. You’ll shape strategies, lead workstreams and partner with Solution Architects to modernise procurement, payments and supplier processes.

You’ll work across Finance, Supply Chain and Business Change with a strong emphasis on leadership, client impact and delivering measurable outcomes within PwC’s global network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering S2P or Procurement transformation as part of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes including sourcing, supplier management and invoicing.
• Ability to lead workstreams, mentor juniors and manage client relationships.
• Familiarity with SAP procurement best practices and clean-core principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support S2P workstreams across SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP-enabled Source-to-Pay solutions.
• Own design, configuration and delivery of integrated SAP Source-to-Pay modules.
• Collaborate with SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network and related ecosystems.
• Facilitate process design workshops and drive data migration readiness.
• Mentor junior consultants and develop leadership capabilities.
• Support business development with workshops and proposals.
• Drive adoption and value realisation for clients.
