A global managed service provider is seeking a SAP Consultant for an on-site role in Dumfries. The successful candidate will work with manufacturing projects, lead local teams, and ensure operational readiness for SAP implementations. Applicants should have a relevant degree and 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning, with strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. The role requires excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Procurement.
• Experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant or Senior Key User in SAP PP, MM, and SD modules.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior on-site representative within the project team.
• Lead and mentor local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Power Users.
• Deliver training and guidance to Power Users and End Users.
• Oversee quality and accuracy of Master Data.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support during Hypercare.
• Identify areas for process optimisation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment in operations.
• Act as the primary on-site advisor on SAP best practices.

Skills

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration

5-8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning

In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA

Strong grasp of end-to-end Supply Chain operations

Excellent communication and training abilities
