Job summary

Elanco in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced SAP Architect - Logistics to lead the SAP logistics architecture across inbound/outbound, inventory and transportation processes. The role partners with business stakeholders, implementation partners and AMS to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will design, configure and optimize SAP logistics, ensure compliance with global standards, train key users, support go-lives and provide ongoing production support across sites in the Hook, UK

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and configuring logistic processes.
• Proven expertise in Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and GTS.
• Experience in integration with MFG, QM and MM and with 3PL warehouse and S4 system.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP architecture for logistics processes including inbound/outbound, inventory and transportation management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners and AMS to enable business outcomes and ensure SAP functionality.
• Design new solutions to optimize business expansion and ensure they are well documented and easy to understand.
• Provide support for ongoing operations and train key-users on system functionality.
• Ensure adherence to Global SAP design and participate in architecture review boards; maintain regional compliance in warehousing and transportation.
• Travel to sites/affiliates to ensure successful implementations and system use.
