Job summary

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Integration Architect on a hybrid basis in Shropshire for an initial 6 month contract. The role focuses on designing and delivering integration solutions across migration projects, with emphasis on API-led integration, REST/OpenAPI, and SAP platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise integration architecture within large transformation programmes.
• Proven API design skills (REST/OpenAPI) and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integration solutions migrating from legacy SAP PI / webMethods to modern platforms.
• Define API specifications and migration patterns to RESTful APIs.
• Apply API-first and domain-driven integration approaches for reuse and decoupling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and product owners to ensure scalable designs.
• Support architecture governance and documentation under Lead Integration Architect.
