Join a multi-country organisation modernising its Finance landscape and help set the standard for how SAP enables the business. This is a hands‑on leadership role spanning strategy, delivery, and continual improvement across SAP Finance.

The role

• Define the vision and roadmap for SAP Finance & Controlling across regions.
• Act as the bridge between senior Finance (Group FCs/FDs/Treasury) and Technology, translating objectives into clear delivery outcomes.
• Own an international portfolio of SAP Finance initiatives‑shaping priorities, budgets, and timelines from concept to retire.
• Lead mixed teams (internal squads and partners), aligning resources across concurrent projects.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery: design, build, testing, cutover, stabilisation, and hypercare.
• Oversee change and release management, vendor performance, and service evolution.
• Champion scalable, integrated solutions that land well in the business and deliver measurable value.

Your background

• Depth in SAP FI/CO (RTR, PTP, OTC), with strong integration awareness (SD/MM/PP and beyond).
• Commercially fluent in Finance-ideally qualified or with significant business partnering experience.
• Comfortable in complex, fast‑moving environments.
• Proven track record shaping strategy, leading teams, and influencing senior stakeholders up to board/C‑suite.
• Portfolio/product mindset with ownership of budget, scope, risk, and outcomes.
• Clear, organised, and collaborative‑able to bring structure and pace without adding red tape.
