Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing roles (e.g., Program Manager, Solution Architect).
• SAP implementation or transformation experience as consultant or IT leader.
• Proven ability to drive business value and maximize SAP consumption.
• Track record delivering enterprise transformations through large-scale app delivery.
• S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA knowledge from active projects.
• Excellent English communication, influencing, and negotiation with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on future-proofing IT landscapes, simplifying and modernizing architectures.
• Collaboratively develop as-is and target enterprise architecture models based on SAP references.
• Drive the Clean Core by reducing complexity and consolidating systems.
• Enable value realization of SAP BTP through integration and optimization.
• Advise and drive AI capability adoption across customer organizations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and renewals.
