Job summary

Steadman Brown are working with one of the largest Salesforce customers in the UK, expanding their internal Salesforce team that are working across Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce, Data360, Marketing and MuleSoft. As Senior Project Manager, you will lead their biggest pieces of transformation, across Salesforce and the wider tech stack.

You will own the full lifecycle of projects, from initial planning, through to execution and closure, ensuring that it's delivered on time, within scope

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT transformation projects.
• Own project governance, planning, budgeting, reporting and risk management.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular updates.
• Line manage and mentor Project Managers, supporting their development and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
