Job summary

Love2shop, part of the PayPoint Group, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to shape and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem. You will define usage, lead integrations with internal and external platforms, and provide technical leadership while mentoring teammates.

Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive business value and support our digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong background in integrating Salesforce with internal and external platforms.
• ADM-201 certification and Platform App Builder preferred.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and performance optimization.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Azure, and data pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Build and enhance integrations via APIs, middleware and ETL tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Support ongoing evolution of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and day-to-day guidance.
• Contribute to release management, deployments and best practices.
• Ensure security, data integrity and platform performance.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver critical initiatives.
