Job summary

Ofgem is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (Salesforce) to design, implement and optimise Salesforce DevOps capabilities. You will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, embed automation and QA practices, and support secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across the organisation.

You will work with developers, architects, product teams and security specialists to ensure compliant, reliable service delivery and continuous improvement of deployment workflows.

Qualifications

Senior DevOps practitioner with enterprise-scale DevOps pipelines experience.
Proven ability to design and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Experience integrating automated testing, QA and code analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Designing, building and maintaining Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Implementing automated testing and deployment processes with BrowserStack and Playwright.
Integrating code quality, security and compliance tooling (Code Checker, SonarCloud).
Collaborating with Salesforce developers, admins, architects and product teams to deliver DevOps solutions.
Driving continuous improvement across DevOps tooling, processes and automation frameworks.
Championing Infrastructure as Code, CI and Continuous Testing.
