We firmly believe that a human adviser needs to be at the heart of every client relationship, however by leveraging technology we can empower our advisers to deliver higher levels of service and cut out a lot of the day to day admin that gets in the way.

Salesforce is at the core of how NOVA delivers its service. It's our CRM, encompassing Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. We also use it as an operational workflow platform, building out new applications to support our evolving data and process needs. Additionally, Pardot, CRM analytics, and Heroku are all part of our tech stack.
As we grow, we need more switched on Salesforce Developers to join the team to help us deliver the change that NOVA needs. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a lead role in doing this! You'll work closely with the product team and subject matter experts from the business teams to understand the problems we face and ship the solutions that'll solve them.
This role will excite those who are passionate about solving problems with technology, using the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to enable their NOVA colleagues to deliver a best‑in‑class proposition to its customers. We're a small team and aim to stay lean so you'll have ownership of the end‑to‑end process without handholding, the autonomy to deeply understand and solve problems.
