Job Overview

I am working with a leading business, who operate across 35 different countries. They are looking to implement Salesforce, moving away from old legacy systems to make Salesforce the go to system across the business.

They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce solutions that support critical business functions. This role also requires you to gather requirements and speak closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices across the Salesforce development team.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Visualforce.
• Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi).
• 10% Bonus.
