Gravitas Group is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end solution design across Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing consulting in Salesforce architecture and design.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Marketing Cloud.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud, and industry clouds.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical designs for enterprise systems.
• Design integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and event-driven approaches to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead design reviews, oversee development practices, and guide teams on best practices and code quality.
• Define API standards, data models, and architecture blueprints with comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support pre-sales activities with solution design, effort estimates, and strategic technical advice.
• Maintain ownership of architecture decisions throughout project delivery.
