A Day in the Life

You’ll spend your time coaching your team through complex customer engagements, removing blockers, and helping them navigate C‑level conversations. Your role involves developing talent through regular 1:1s, reviewing strategic account plans, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure your team’s success. You’ll balance hands‑on customer engagement with people leadership, creating an environment where your team can thrive.
