Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
  • Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
  • Organise and attend property viewings
  • Manage and progress property sales from offer through to completion
  • Collaborate with internal mortgage, protection, and lettings teams to support cross‑selling opportunities
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven background in estate agency, with a strong track record in conducting valuations and winning instructions
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self‑motivated and target‑driven
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role
  • Strong personal integrity; professional, personable, and commercially aware
  • Confident IT user, able to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
