Job summary

A well-known estate agency in Uxbridge is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to conduct property valuations and negotiate sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the property sector, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 with OTE of £45,000 - £50,000, based on Monday to Friday hours and alternate Saturdays. Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 + Com OTE £45,000 - £50,000

Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 2pm

Driver & own car required - Car Allowance

Our client an award-winning independent estate agency are currently looking for a self-motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer who can contribute to their team, if you have the drive and motivation to succeed in a supported environment and have previous valuation experience, we would love to hear from you.
