A renowned housebuilder based in London is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator for their expanding team. This role involves leading sales negotiations for premium residential properties and managing the full sales cycle across the UK. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales negotiations, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work Saturdays. The position offers a basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 plus uncapped commission, and opportunities for international travel and a collaborative work environment.
Location: London (Head office in North London & travel to sites)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic+ uncapped commission (OTE £75,000 - £100,000 Year 1)
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday with day in lieu)

This position offers the rare combination of selling premium London property whilst having access to an international portfolio. You'll be part of a small, tight-knit team of three where your contributions genuinely matter, working on landmark schemes. The business operates with a refreshingly relaxed, trusted approach-low staff turnover reflects the quality of the working environment. With a robust pipeline launching over the coming months, you'll have varied stock to work with, appealing to different buyer profiles and keeping the role engaging.
