Position: Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (+ bonus) and clear path for progression

Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 – 18:00) + ~1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00 – 13:00)

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence, with own car
• Proven experience within estate agency sales
• Confident in conducting property valuations and winning instructions, or certainly foundations with a strong desire to learn
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent service
• Ambitious and keen to build a long‑term property career
• Strong communicator, highly organised and detail‑focused
• Willing to contribute to the growth and development of the team
