Globally renowned events business seeks a super talented and highly driven Senior Sales Manager to join our successful sponsorship sales team, working across a leading events portfolio centred on Electric Vehicles.

£40,000 – £60,000 Base Salary + (Uncapped Commission) + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Grow relationships with key accounts by planning and tailoring their marketing activities using a consultative approach to increase year‑over‑year spend.
  • Generate new business, increase pipeline and bring on new prospects.
  • Sell high‑value sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.
  • Pitch clients over the phone and in face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Attend competitor events to benchmark offerings.
  • Employ solution‑led selling; creatively pitch selling strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years B2B sponsorship sales experience, ideally exhibitions and conferences.
  • Languages highly preferable – Italian, French, Spanish or German.
  • Strong new business and account management capabilities.
  • Degree educated ideally.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Successful track record achieving high revenue targets.
