Duties and responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on corporate, diplomatic, and new business development to drive revenue and market growth
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers across multinational corporations, embassies, and local business networks
  • Lead contract negotiations and prepare tailored proposals for corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and pricing integrity
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, diplomatic events, and industry forums to generate leads and elevate brand visibility
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform proactive sales strategies
