This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead new business development, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive growth across high-value programmes in composites, additive manufacturing and precision engineering.

Role
  • Develop and deliver the aerospace and defence sales strategy to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, primes and tier-one suppliers.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop competitive proposals and technical bids.
  • Represent the business at key industry events, customer meetings and trade shows.
  • Proven sales experience within the aerospace, defence or advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex contracts.
  • Track record of securing high-value projects with OEMs or tier suppliers.
  • Technical understanding of composites, additive manufacturing or precision engineering is advantageous.
  • Confident communicator, self-motivated and able to work independently.
