About the Role

As a Senior Sales and lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in driving property sales and lettings, building strong client relationships, and providing an exceptional level of service from instruction to completion. You'll also support the wider team with mentoring and guidance, contributing to the continued success of our branch.

About You

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (Senior experience preferred)
• Previous lettings experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Excellent knowledge of the local property market (Marple & surrounding areas desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
